Paolo Tree Grille 101 x 101 cm
Product code: UF-MAOS007
The Paolo Tree Grille 101 x 101 cm is a ground-level grille with an opening 40 cm in diameter, designed for younger trees and slimmer trunks. It protects the root zone from soil compaction by pedestrians, while allowing rainwater and air to pass through.
Product description
- External dimensions 101 x 101 cm
- Central opening with a diameter of 40 cm
- For younger trees and narrower trunks
- Lets rainwater and air through
- Protects roots from soil compaction
The Paolo horizontal tree grille, 101 x 101 cm, is a compact grille laid on the ground around the trunk. Its external dimensions of 101 x 101 cm and central opening of 40 cm in diameter suit younger trees or species with a smaller trunk girth.
The grille protects the root zone from soil compaction caused by foot traffic, while rainwater and air still reach the roots. The smaller opening fits more closely around a narrow trunk, leaving less exposed soil around the tree.
It is well suited to smaller squares, narrow roadside green verges and anywhere a larger grille is not required. The grille is best laid soon after the tree has been planted, and it should be checked periodically to ensure it does not restrict trunk growth. Once the tree has grown, you can replace it with a model with a larger opening.
- Dimensions: 101 x 101 cm
- Opening diameter: 40 cm
