Product code: UF-MALA077

Product description
- Two stations: lat pulldown and chest press
- Exercises for back, shoulders and arms
- No weights or additional equipment needed
- For year-round outdoor use
Vincent lat pulldown and hand press outdoor gym equipment has two stations for upper-body exercise. The lat pulldown replicates the movement found in an indoor gym, engaging the muscles of the back, shoulders and arms. The hand press builds strength by alternately pushing the moving levers with the hands.
No weights or additional equipment are needed, as resistance is provided by the user's body weight or the lever mechanism. This means the equipment can be used safely for unsupervised training in public spaces.
The equipment is designed for year-round outdoor use. Installation requires suitable surfacing and safety zones. It can serve as the first station on a fitness trail or in an outdoor gym, with further equipment from the same range added over time.
