Paolo twister and surfer outdoor gym equipment combines two stations focused on coordination and flexibility.
The twister is used for controlled twisting of the torso. It works the oblique abdominal muscles and improves spinal mobility. The surfer has a moving platform on which the motion resembles riding a board. It trains balance and the deep muscles that stabilise the body.
