Arleta concrete parking bollard, height 50 cm, diameter 35 cm has the classic form of a precast concrete element. Concrete withstands frost, moisture and changing weather well, and the weight of the bollard is usually enough to keep it stable without anchoring.
At a height of 50 cm, the bollard is primarily a highly visible boundary marker. It closes off access to pavements, lawns or pedestrian areas, but will not stop a vehicle entering at speed. It is suitable for entrance gates, courtyards, areas next to playgrounds and pedestrian zones, as well as internal roads at industrial sites and warehouses where vehicle and pedestrian traffic need to be separated.
The raw concrete matches kerbs, planters and litter bins made of the same material. Bollards are usually delivered on pallets. As they are heavy, a forklift or lorry-mounted crane will be needed for unloading.
