Darina Urban Perch Seat with Armrest
Product code: UF-MALA124
The Darina urban perch seat with armrest is a piece of street furniture for a short rest in a semi-standing position. Its armrest makes sitting down and standing up easier, and it takes up little space, so it can be placed on a promenade, at a bus stop or in a narrow arcade.
Product description
- Armrest makes sitting down and standing up easier
- Rest in a semi-standing position
- Takes up little space in pedestrian areas
- Construction details to be agreed
The Darina urban perch seat with armrest allows people to lean briefly and take the weight off their feet without fully sitting down. The armrest provides additional support for the hands, making it easier for older people and those with reduced mobility to sit down and stand up.
A perch seat takes up less space than a bench, so you can provide such resting points more frequently: along walking routes, in narrow shopping arcades and at public transport stops.
It is a good solution for town and city centres, pedestrian promenades and spaces designed with accessibility in mind, where prolonged standing or walking without a break can be difficult for some people. Construction details, including the position of the armrest, will be agreed with you individually.
