Bronisław outdoor cross trainer is an outdoor gym station for cardio training. It replicates the movement of elliptical cross trainers found in fitness clubs, but has been adapted for intensive, unsupervised use in public spaces.
The exercise works the lower and upper limbs simultaneously, so the unit can be used by people of different ages and fitness levels.
Such units are usually installed on a firm, permeable base, e.g. safety surfacing, with safety zones maintained around the station. Installation details will be agreed with you individually.
Bronisław outdoor cross trainer is a good complement to a larger outdoor gym set and to a public fitness trail in a park, on a housing estate or at a school.
