Waleria 70 l concrete litter bin with canopy is a street litter bin made from architectural concrete. It is durable and frost-resistant, with a smooth, carefully trowelled finish. The canopy shields the interior from rain and snow, so waste stays drier and is not blown about by the wind.
The bin is emptied via an inner liner, e.g. a galvanised container or a plastic bag, so the concrete housing never comes into direct contact with waste and stays clean. Its considerable weight keeps the bin stable and makes it difficult to move or knock over. Depending on the location, it can be free-standing or permanently anchored to the ground.
The bin is well suited to pavements, parks, squares, bus stops and car parks, as well as residential estates and green spaces.
